A Committee established by the PCT Assembly for the purpose inter alia of contributing, by advice and recommendations, to the constant improvement of services provided for under the PCT, and to the securing of the maximum degree of uniformity in the documentation and working methods of the International Searching Authorities and International Preliminary Examining Authorities and the maximum degree of uniformly high quality in their reports.
