Receiving Office of the International Bureau (RO IB)
The International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization acting as receiving Office with which international applications can be filed by nationals and residents of all PCT Contracting States in any language. Filing with RO/IB is usually an alternative to filing with national or regional receiving Offices.
