Written Opinion of the International Searching Authority

A document established by the International Searching Authority, at the same time as the international search report, containing an opinion as to whether the claimed invention appears to be novel, to involve an inventive step (to be non-obvious), and to be industrially applicable, as well as whether the international application complies with the requirements of the PCT and the Regulations under the PCT, in so far as checked by the International Searching Authority.
