a report of the results of the search drawn up by the search division if the patent application has been accorded a date of filing and is not deemed to be withdrawn (Article 92(1) EPC).
Report of the results of a search of the state of the art, made by or on behalf of an industrial property office, indicating citations considered relevant for determining, in particular, the novelty and inventive step of the invention as claimed.
